Cottee Transport Planning stores your information on secure servers and in paper files, and only grants access to your information where necessary for legitimate business purposes or in response to legal requests under specific circumstances.  Emails and electronic documents may be held indefinitely, paper files are held for a period of time appropriate to their purpose and are then disposed of securely.
